Pauls classes are for both beginers and advanced students and contain training in Tai Chi Chuan and Pa kua Chang and Wutang Shan Nei Jia Chuan, these three styles are all Martial Arts, Healing Arts and Meditation.

Just say which style you would like to learn and Paul will teach you, if you learn fast he will teach you fast, if you learn slowly he will teach you slowly.

Students who want to learn fa jin and dim mak and how to use Tai Chi Chuan and Pa Kua Chang and Wudang Shan Nei Jia Chuan as martial arts just have to ask and they will be taught these skills.

Students who are more interested in the the chi kung and the healing aspects of these styles and their use as a moving meditation will be taught these abilities.

And those who want both the martial and the healing to have a yin - yang balance in their lives will get the most benifit because its best to be able to defeat opponents and disease.
